About Doorman

Doorman can manually and automatically open your door. In order to do so you must grant the Doorman app access to your Nuki Smart Lock.

Doorman uses the Network signal, GPS signal and Bluetooth signal to determine your current location.

Privacy Policy

1. Doorman only uses Network, GPS and Bluetooth signals to determine your location, for the sole purpose of accurately locking, unlocking and opening your door.

2. Doorman does not require nor collect any personal information that can identify the user of the application.

3. Doorman only uses the device location, bluetooth and communication features after explicit authorization by the user of the device.

4. Doorman can upload anonymous usage statistics for the sole purpose of improving the application. Statistical information can not be used to identify the user nor the device, nor the exact location of the smart lock under its control.

5. Users can revoke Doorman's access to the smart lock at all times by deleting the access token through the website of the smart lock manufacturer.
